I loved the spacious room and comfortable bedding. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and attractions. The breakfast selection was impressive with a good variety each morning. The staff at the front desk were friendly and quick during check-in. However, I dealt with several cleanliness issues. The carpet felt sticky and had stains all over. I found dirty sheets on the sofa bed, forcing me to wipe everything down myself. The housekeeping seemed to be cutting corners. they made the beds but didn’t remove the dirty towels or sheets. I also tried to request an extra blanket, but no one followed through after saying they would bring it. Definitely felt like they were lacking in service and attention to detail.
